LYT Yoga with Julia Redmond | Online Thursdays at 6:30pm in May, Tuesdays at 6:30 pm in June

In this free, 4-week series, practice postures & movements that help to optimize postural alignment, balance energy levels, and center the mind. We’ll work on strengthening core muscles, mobilizing joints and fascia (connective tissue), breathing with intention, and cultivating compassion for ourselves and all beings. This class is appropriate for all levels of experience, including beginners. Classes will be offered virtually on Thursday evenings in May, at 6:30 p.m. They will be offered again in June, on Tuesday evenings at the same time.

Julia Redman, E-RYT200, YACEP, teaches the LYT Yoga method, created by physical therapist, Lara Heimann. Along with its focus on optimizing posture, LYT Yoga is designed to help facilitate brain mapping of functional and sustainable movement patterns. Julia draws inspiration from traditional Yogic philosophy and meditation practices, as well as from her 9 years of teaching experience and over 800 hours of training/education.
