Studio Two Beatles Tribute Band Fundraiser for Lithgow Library + Kennebec Valley YMCA | Thursday, October 15th at Snow Pond Center for the Arts

Help raise funds for 2 great organizations, the KV YMCA and Lithgow Library. Join us for cocktails and a harvest dinner, followed by a show featuring the Beatles tribute band, Studio Two. See the historic photos and listen to their story and in this illustrated talk and book signing for the newly published book that features photos from the Herman Bryant Collection. Presented by Lithgow Library + the Friends of the Maine State Museum.

As the midterm campaign intensifies, this timely presentation by USM associate professor and biographer Robert Klotz views the historical development and contemporary politics of Congress through the lens of an important Maine politician from the Gilded Age.

 


Lithgow Cribbage Club
1st + 3rd Fridays 1 – 4:30 pm

Enjoy a fun time with other local cribbage players at the Library. Everyone plays a total of 7 games and rotates after each game to ensure that you will play with someone different.

This program is free, and players of all ages and abilities are welcome. Boards, pegs and cards are provided. Begins Friday, Sept. 2nd.
