Our mindfulness + wellness series continues with Sound Bath Soulfulness.  Explore this deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to relax, balance, and center you. Join Erik D. Giguere, RN, as he helps you experience how a sound bath/meditation can assist your best wellness. You may wish to bring a yoga mat.

No registration is required for this session, which meets in the Community Meeting Room.

Lithgow Cribbage Club
Every Friday 1 – 4:30 pm

Enjoy a fun time with other local cribbage players at the Library.
