Monday, September 18th at 7pm | Teen Readers
Looking to join a teen book club? Join us via Zoom to discuss a new book every month, with each pick selected by a teen in the group.

If you are interested in joining the discussion, and getting a free book in the process, email us at teen.services@lithgowlibrary.org

Wednesday, September 27th at 4-7pm | Teen Movie Night!

Join us for an evening teen flick break! Pizza and beverages are included as well! (And if you arrive first, you can pick the pizza topping!)

This month’s movie is: Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves (2023)

 

 

Monday, September 25th at 5-7pm in Community Meeting Room | Anime Club

Our Anime Club program has made a fierce comeback! Not only will we have anime playing the entire two hours, but we’ll also have themed crafts to keep us busy and candy sushi to snack on! RSVP is highly encouraged to accommodate for supply needs.

Every Month | Teen Book Boxes
Teen Book Bags are Back!  Starting September 1st, we are bringing back our Teen Book Bags after a much needed refresh. Teens will have these swag options to choose from: fidgety, self-care, & surprise me, along with their favorite candy and colors (for even more swag!)

Every Second Week of the Month | Take & Makes

Our Teen Take & Makes are also making a comeback this fall! They’ll be available on the second week of every month. They will be available as long as supplies last!

Anytime in the Teen Room | Videogames
You can now check out videogames at Lithgow! They are located upstairs in the Teen Room. We have games for the Nintendo Switch, X-Box One/Series X, PS4/PS5. They’re going fast so be sure to place a hold on the ones you want to check out. New games include Disney Illusion Island, Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach, Final Fantasy XVI, Starfield, and much more!

Anytime in the Teen Room | Computers
You can now use our computers in the teen room for gaming, research, and checking your socials. You can have up to an hour (two at most for certain exceptions) and feel free to use them every day! Just check at the reference desk on the second floor for an access code to get in.
